Despite the wet spring, the crew did a fantastic job. The house was not painted for many years, however the crew did a wonderful job of prepping the house for painting. What impressed us was the fact Pinpoint Painting has a carpentry division. Repairs to the porch were done in a timely fashion and worked well with the painting crew. The total cost was thousands dollars less than two other companies that were consulted last year. I can't imagine that they would have done a better job.If I could give 6 stars I would.

Thanks to Pinpoint for helping us through our mini-condo renovation in Broadview Heights. Originally this started as a small flooring and painting project, but quickly escalated into a demo/repair/and replace situation as the project was interrupted by water damage caused by a neighboring unit. Brian was our primary contact, and he helped us through the entire project. He stayed in touch, communicated deadlines, and was always a phone call away in case anything came up. Shoutout as well to Mike for helping us make decisions on various parts of the project as well. The team made sure to address any areas of concern that we noted throughout the repairs, and responded quickly to changes in our schedule. We will definitely be reaching out to the Pinpoint team again for future projects.

We chose Pinpoint Painting & Renovation to do work, primarily on the exterior of our home. The tradesmen (& women) were prompt, polite & respectful. Their work was efficient & professional. As a retiree, I felt comfortable with Pinpoint's employees at my home & on our property. My only complaint was length of time we waited for our job to be initiated. But - I believe this to be an industry wide problem.

Pinpoint did excellent work for us! Their carpentry fix around our garage door was excellent. The shutter painting and trim painting was great. They worked quietly, were unobtrusive, and cleaned up and replaced everything they had to move.

They spent a lot of time and hard work - and did a very good job - on prep, which was critical to the ultimate quality of any exterior paint job on our Shaker Heights century home. The actual painting was also first rate. Shrubs and outdoor furniture were well-protected and clean up was excellent.
