Chagrin Falls

We had the entire interior painted. It was very important for us to make good choices as it was a big project. We are very satisfied with our decision to hire Pinpoint Painting. Everything went really smooth. They are all very professional and top notch. They took extreme care to make sure the work was high quality and we were happy with the results as well.

Can’t say enough about Zach and Doug at PinPoint Painting — they went the extra mile to ensure that my job was completed this season. I had not worked with PinPoint in the past, but will certainly call them in the future.

Pinpoint did a fantastic job painting our house in North Ridgeville (entire first floor: kitchen, living room, foyer, sitting room, dining room, powder room; and second floor hallway, master bedroom and master bathroom). One thing I noticed from the beginning is respect of our house when Zach took his shoes off when coming in for the estimate. Not all of the painters we had out did that. The consultation was smooth and quote was reasonable (not the cheapest but not the most expensive either). I’d advise everyone to take advantage of their designer. We had ideas of what color palette we wanted but still kept an open mind and she threw out some great ideas and colors, especially with our dining room which everyone says how great it looks with the color she helped us pick. The painters themselves were on time every morning, very nice and personable and cleaned up every day. My wife and I felt comfortable going to work while they were in the house working each day. They were also very fast, getting the entire job done in four days. Our house was not an easy job either since we have bullnose walls (rounded edges at pretty much every entryway between rooms) and instead of just painting to the pointed edge of a normal wall, they had to have a precise line at the rounded edge when applying a different color for the next room. They did a phenomenal job on the lines and transitions between rooms with different color paint. After they were done, we noticed a couple spots where there was a gaps from the tape around some woodwork and tile. They were out within a couple of days to touch them up with no issue.

They painted the outside of the house for two days. I didn’t think that they would be doing that quickly. They did a very good job for painting the exterior of the house.
