VIRTUAL ESTIMATE

Below is a link to our virtual estimate form. This form allows you to input project details as well as upload photos of the project that will then be sent to us for review. Here are some reasons where the virtual estimate may be a great option:

  • Smaller projects (such as: painting the front of the home, painting the shutters, or painting one or a few interior rooms)
  • Full exterior projects when we may be unable to find an appointment time that works
  • If you are just looking for a “ballpark” estimate on your project to get an idea on cost

Once the form is filled out with pertinent project details and some photos are added, this is typically plenty of information for us to provide an estimate back via e-mail. While it may take us a few business days to return the estimate, this option is typically a faster turnaround than scheduling an appointment.

What is your service area?

We service the entire Cleveland Metro (East & West) as well as the Akron and Medina area. We have expanded to the Columbus area as well! Please visit our Columbus website if you are requesting an estimate in the Columbus area. 

What services do you offer?

For Exterior Painting: we offer full home exterior painting as well as fence staining. Note: we do not offer deck staining as a standalone service.

For Interior Painting: we offer residential interior painting, cabinet painting, wallpaper removal and drywall/plaster patching and repair.

For Exterior Carpentry and Renovation: we offer general exterior carpentry, siding repair and replacement, deck repair and replacement

For Interior Carpentry and Renovation: we offer floor replacement, basement remodel, tile and backsplash, general interior trim carpentry. 

We do commercial painting, too! 

 

Do you do small projects?

Yes, do smaller projects (such as painting one or two rooms, or painting only the portion of the exterior of a home). Due to scheduling and production, we do, however, have a minimum project size of $750 for interior painting and $1,500 for exterior painting projects (these minimums do include the paint and supplies needed). 

What if I need help choosing color?

We offer complimentary color consultations with our decorator for all booked projects!

What kind of Warranty do you offer?

We offer a 5 year workmanship warranty on most projects. We will include details about our warranty in your proposal. For more details, CLICK HERE.

What Makes Pinpoint Painting Different?
Our company is professionally managed and offers a higher level of customer service than most other painting companies and contractors. In an industry where customer service is often lacking, you will have multiple people handling your project including your estimator, our decorator (if color advice is needed), a production manager, and your jobsite crew foreman. We also take pride in our responsiveness by always promptly returning phone calls and e-mails. Finally; we do not leave your project until you are satisfied.
Can you provide references, testimonials, or photos of your work?

Yes. We invite you to read our reviews from previous customers on third party websites such as Angie’s List (Company ID 7720159), HomeAdvisor and Google. We post photos of our work on our Facebook page and our website. We can provide additional references upon request.

How long does it take to get an estimate?

For estimate appointments: Appointments can vary anywhere from 15-30 minutes, depending on the scope of your project. We take time to find out what is most important to our customers and thoroughly explain all options for the project. Finally, we put together a firm, detailed estimate for your project and typically e-mail it to you within 1-2 business days.

For virtual estimates: After the form is submitted, we typically e-mail back an estimate within a few business days.

Yes. We are happy to provide all necessary insurances and licenses, as requested.

Yes. Our License # is NAT-F111764-1.
What are your payment terms, and which methods of payment do you accept?
We do not take a deposit for most projects under $3,000. We ask for full payment immediately upon completion of the project. We gladly accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Cash & Personal Check, if you prefer!
