GREAT company! It is always so refreshing to call anyone in the ‘construction/contractor’ business and speak with someone who is articulate, educated, and polite. I initially chose Pinpoint based upon all of the other positive Angie’s reviews. Upon my first call, I spoke with one of the owners, Doug. He was extremely nice, was open to listening to my suggestions, and patient with me during all of my questions. He’s extremely knowledgable and was able to provide excellent information. I was scheduled a couple of days later for the other owner, Zach, to come out and give me a quote. Zach was also extremely nice, well spoken, and friendly. I also ran a couple of suggestions and questions by him, and he was very honest and knowledgeable. I found a fairly new wood sealing product online (it has very low VOC and free from formaldehyde). It’s from Oregon and no stores in the area sell it. Due to it being so new on the market and not being used in this area yet, Zach was honest about needing to do more research before letting me know exactly how much i needed to order. The quote from Pinpoint was delivered to me the next morning, and he and I discussed the amount of sealer I needed to purchase. Even though I started this later in the season, they quickly fit me into their schedule. The team who came out to do the work were very, very skilled painters. Their technique was stellar, and they were VERY clean! They were also intrigued by the sealer from Oregon, they took home a label to research as well. I will definitely hire the company again in the spring to seal my deck and paint shudders on my house! Thank you so much, and please tell Donnie and Mike they did a wonderful job!!

Pinpoint did a fantastic job painting our house in North Ridgeville (entire first floor: kitchen, living room, foyer, sitting room, dining room, powder room; and second floor hallway, master bedroom and master bathroom). One thing I noticed from the beginning is respect of our house when Zach took his shoes off when coming in for the estimate. Not all of the painters we had out did that. The consultation was smooth and quote was reasonable (not the cheapest but not the most expensive either). I’d advise everyone to take advantage of their designer. We had ideas of what color palette we wanted but still kept an open mind and she threw out some great ideas and colors, especially with our dining room which everyone says how great it looks with the color she helped us pick. The painters themselves were on time every morning, very nice and personable and cleaned up every day. My wife and I felt comfortable going to work while they were in the house working each day. They were also very fast, getting the entire job done in four days. Our house was not an easy job either since we have bullnose walls (rounded edges at pretty much every entryway between rooms) and instead of just painting to the pointed edge of a normal wall, they had to have a precise line at the rounded edge when applying a different color for the next room. They did a phenomenal job on the lines and transitions between rooms with different color paint. After they were done, we noticed a couple spots where there was a gaps from the tape around some woodwork and tile. They were out within a couple of days to touch them up with no issue.

The 2 person team removed border trim wallpaper and painted the entire inside of my house and garage along with a couple of exterior pieces that needed touch up. They continuously worked on the project without any interruptions in the schedule. The work was done perfectly. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to have this type of work completed. And I would use them again in the future should I need them.
