The Pinpoint Difference

Our company was founded in 2023 in Northeast Ohio. We are now expanding our geographical service area to northern areas of Columbus including Westerville and Dublin. We are excited to bring the same level of service and professionalism as we expand to the Columbus area.

Hassle-Free Warranty

Most of our projects are backed by our 2 year hassle-free warranty. While the technical term for this is our “warranty,” our customers look at it as peace of mind. Our warranty covers any peeling, blistering as well as other workmanship issues that need touched up – on the surfaces that we painted, regardless of the reason (with very few exceptions). Our support does not stop when we leave your project. We continue our responsive, service-first mentality after the project is complete, during the warranty period, and with technical support and advice (with backing from our paint manufacturers, if needed) after the warranty period, should any issues ever arise. No Deposit on Most Projects

Giving a deposit to a contractor before work has been scheduled can be stressful. We feel that you should not have to pay until the project is complete and you were given what was promised. For this reason, we do not require a deposit for most projects. We want you to be comfortable moving forward in hiring us, and we feel confident that we will provide you the quality and service that we promise.

Free Color Consultations With Any Booked Project 

Whether you need a few options to choose from, or just need another point of view on the colors you have already selected – we offer a complimentary color consultation with any booked project.

Support From Start, to Finish, to Beyond Your Project

Our professionally managed team will be communicating with you every step of the way. This begins with the initial scheduling of your free estimate, to your dedicated project estimator compiling the details of your project and answering any questions you may have along the way. Our office manager will keep you posted with scheduling, invoicing, and any other pertinent information that relates to your project. In addition, both owners, Zach Forsythe and Doug Rhamy support all projects and always have the customer’s best interests in mind to ensure your project is done right.
